Leasing
WP features a simple and easy leasing process. Current tenants are given the option to renew. At WP, we are also conscious of the environment and “living green.” We have updated many of our rental houses with sustainable products, painted with low- or no-VOC paint, installed Energy-star appliances and lighting fixtures, and replaced the old windows with new, energy-efficient models. We aim to keep updating all of our units and offer our tenants true "green living!" Go Green! Go White!
